Cumberland-Franklin Joint Municipal Authority files its claim in the a ount of
Five Hundred Nine and 40/100 ($509.40) Dollars, plus costs and late c arges of
Seventy-Six and 41/100 ($76.41) Dollars, for a total due of Five Hundred Ei hty-Five
and 81/100 ($585.81) Dollars as of July 31, 2012 and sets forth in support th reof the
following:
1. Claimant is Cumberland-Franklin Joint Municipal Authority, Cumb rland
and Franklin Counties, Pennsylvania, with its principal office located at 725 Mu icipal
Drive, Shippensburg, Franklin County, Pennsylvania, 17257.
2. Pamela F. York is the owner of the property against which this M nicipal
Lien is filed and whose last known address is 4 Ocker Lane, Shippensburg, Cu berland
County, Pennsylvania, 17257.
3. The property against which this Municipal Lien is filed is all that tr ct of
land with improvements thereon situated in the Township of Southampton, Cou ty of
Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania being known and numbered as Ocker
Lane, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania 17257.
4. The authority under which this Lien is filed is the Municipal Claim Act of
1923, P.L. 207, as amended (53 P.S. §7101, et seq).
5. This Municipal Lien is filed to secure an interest for unpaid s®twer ents
levied, assessed or established for the period from February 1, 2011 through J ly 31,

6. The sewer rentals were duly established, levied, and assessed by the
Cumberland-Franklin Joint Municipal Authority, being the lawful authority for do ng so
under the several Acts of Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania whi h
govern such matters, and were levied, established and assessed for the purpo a of
providing sewer service to the properties of said Township.
WHEREFORE for all the above reasons, Cumberland-Franklin Joint Mu icipal
Authority hereby does place a lien against the said property in the amount of $ 85.81.
