Claimant is Cumberland-Franklin Joint Municipal Authority, Cumb rland and Franklin Counties, Pennsylvania, with its principal office located at 725 Mu icipal Drive, Shippensburg, Franklin County, Pennsylvania, 17257. 2. Jerry L. Shields and Tammy L. Shields are the owners of the pro erty against which this Municipal Lien is filed and whose last known address is 25 yrick Avenue, Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17257. 3. The property against which this Municipal Lien is filed is all that tr ct of land with improvements thereon situated in the Township of Southampton, Co my of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania being known and numbered as 7 Cleversburg Road, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania 17257. 4. The authority under which this Lien is filed is the Municipal Claim Act of 1923, P.L. 207, as amended (53 P.S. §7101, et seq). 5. This Municipal Lien is filed to secure an interest for unpaid sewer ents levied, assessed or established for the period from September 1, 2010 through July 31, 2012. ~ 1Lfr' 3~7~/ E _ _ r. i i 6. The sewer rentals were duly established, levied, and assessed b the Cumberland-Franklin Joint Municipal Authority, being the lawful authority for do ng so under the several Acts of Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania whi h govern such matters, and were levied, established and assessed for the purpo a of providing sewer service to the properties of said Township. WHEREFORE for all the above reasons, Cumberland-Franklin Joint Mu icipal Authority hereby does place a lien against the said property in the amount of $ 16.96.
