Cumberland-Franklin Joint Municipal Authority files its claim in the amo nt of Six
Hundred Eighty and 40/100 ($680.40) Dollars, plus costs and late charge of One
Hundred Two and 06/100 ($101.06) Dollars, for a total due of Seven Hundr Eighty-
Two and 46/100 ($782.46) Dollars as of June 30, 2012 and sets forth in suppo thereof
the following:
1. Claimant is Cumberland-Franklin Joint Municipal Authority, Cumb rland
and Franklin Counties, Pennsylvania, with its principal ofFce located at 725 Mu icipal
Drive, Shippensburg, Franklin County, Pennsylvania, 17257.
2. Katherine K. Pearce is the owner of the property against which th~
Municipal Lien is filed and whose last known address is 706 Baltimore Road,
Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17257.
3. The property against which this Municipal Lien is filed is all that tr ct of
land with improvements thereon situated in the Township of Southampton, Cou ty of
Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania being known and numbered as 06
Baltimore Road, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania 17257.
4. The authority under which this Lien is filed is the Municipal Claim Act of
1923, P.L. 207, as amended (53 P.S. §7101, et seq).
5. This Municipal Lien is filed to secure an interest for unpaid sewer ents
levied, assessed or established for the period from October 1, 2011 through Ju a 30,
2012.

6. The sewer rentals were duly established, levied, and assessed b the
Cumberland-Franklin Joint Municipal Authority, being the lawful authority for do ng so
under the several Acts of Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania whi h
govern such matters, and were levied, established and assessed for the purpo a of
providing sewer service to the properties of said Township.
WHEREFORE for all the above reasons, Cumberland-Franklin Joint Mu icipal

Authority hereby does place a lien against the said property in the amount of $ 82.46.
