OBJECTIONS TO FIRST AND FINAL ACCOUNTING
HERE COMES Martin F. Butler (Objector), of 407 E. Marble Street, Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania 17055, who is an interested party in the above referenced Estate, being a specific
and residual beneficiary, and files these objections to the account of Robert D. Firkal, the
Executor of the Estate of Decedent, filed on July 24, 2012; as follows:
1. Objector believes, and therefore avers, that the Executor, also referred to as the
"fiduciary" under ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES in the FIRST AND FINAL
ACCOUNTING is not entitled to have $1,138.45 representing his personal Pennsylvania State
and United States Federal income tax liabilities plus mailing costs, due on his Executor
commission, paid for out of Estate assets. Attempting such a taking is contrary to the express
dictates of the Decedent as expressed in her Will.
2. Objector believes, and therefore avers, that $15.00 Register of Wills Fee for filing of
supplemental Pennsylvania State Inheritance Tax Return should not be allowed. The Estate
should not bear the expense of Executor error due to negligence and lack of due diligence. Such
error in filing of supplemental return is evidenced in the First And Final Accounting by first the
payment of and then receipt back from the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue the amount of
$331.66.

WHEREFORE, Objector requests that:
the account as submitted, not be confirmed.
the account be scheduled for a hearing, or referred to an auditor.

1. That on August 27, 2012 I mailed by CERTIFIED MAIL, enclosing the same in an
envelope, postage paid from Carlisle, Pennsylvania location of the United States Post Office, a
true copy of the Objection to the FIRST AND FINAL ACCOUNTING of the ESTATE OF
ROBERTA I. KONSKO that was filed with the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland, County,
Orphans' Court Division the same day August 27, 2012 to the following persons at their
respective addresses:
