HO G, borrowed the sum of $2,800,000.00, from Plaintiff and executed for a promissory n to which contained a Confession of Judgment, which was delivered to the Plaintiff with a t e and correct copy of the same being attached hereto as Exhibit "A", which is hereby m e a part hereof, which note is assigned account number 229927. 4. Judgment is not being entered by confession against a natural person in connection with a consumer credit transaction as defined by PA R. C. P. 2950, since he underlying obligation was for a commercial business purposes of Defendants. 5. The Promissory Note has not been assigned to any other party by Plaintiff. 6. Judgment on the aforesaid Promissory Notes has not been entered in any of er jurisdiction, however Plaintiff is filing Judgment in York County, Pennsylvania at this ti e. i 7. Defendants are in default upon the aforesaid obligation by failure to pay r al estate taxes required under the terms of the related loan documents for this obligati n 8.
