HomeMy WebLinkAbout12-53941N RE: APPOINTMENT OF SCHOOL POLICE OFFICERS FOR MECHANICSBURG AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA N0.2012- ~~}~ CIVIL TERM ORDER OF COURT AND NOW, this 3r " day of w ~ , 2012, upon consideration of the foregoing application and on the motion of Stock and Leader, LLP, Attorneys for the Mechanicsburg Area School District, the request of the foregoing application is granted and the persons listed below are hereby appointed School Police Officers for the Mechanicsburg Area School District for the year ending June 30, 2013, said person being subject to the powers, duties and requirements of the Public School Code of 1949, as amended, Section 778 (24 P.S. 7-778) upon compliance with the other requirements of the aforesaid Act.
