authorized to distribute the residue of the Estate to a federally insured, sequestered
account in the name of Marcy J. Foltz, a minor, at Farmers and Merchants Trust
Company, 14 North Hanover Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013.
No withdrawal from the account will be permitted until the minor attains the age
of eighteen (18) years, except as authorized by prior Order of Court.
