Fetterehoff shall also serve in the role of disinterested trustee in the event such a person is required to act so as to prevent- discretionary distributions-from being treated as-a distribution in satisfaction of a legal obligation of the other trustee. REMOVAL OF CORPORATE FIDUCIARY TWELFTH: In the event a corporate trustee shall commence to serve hereunder, the individual trustees shall have the right to remove any then serving corporate trustee by written notice to such corporate trustee of such removal and the designation of a successor corporate trustee.
