COMPLAINT IN EJECTMENT
1. The Plaintiff is Paul A. Pletcher, an adult individual, residing at 139 Peakview Ro d,
CUMBERLAND Springs, PA 17372.
2. The Defendants are Larry A. Winebrenner and Christine L. Winebrenner, and any o er
occupants at 25 Mountain Street, Mount Holly Springs, PA 17065:
3. The Plaintiff is the owner of property located at 25 Mountain Street, Mount H lly
Springs, PA 17065, by virtue of Deed dated July 31, 2012. from the Tax Claim Bureau of
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to Paul A. Pletcher, recorded on August 1, 2012, at
Instrument Number 201223144.
4. A true and correct copy of the Deed and the legal description of the property are attac ed
to this Complaint.
5. Plaintiff is entitled to immediate possession of the property.
6. The Defendants, Larry A. Winebrenner and Christine L. Winebrenner, and occupants, e
occupying the property without right, insofar as the Plaintiff has claim of title. Plaintiff as
demanded possession of the property from Defendants and occupants, who have refused to
deliver possession of the same.

ALL that certain tract of land with the improvements thereon erected situated in
Mt. Holly Springs Borough, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, more
particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
HAVING a frontage on Mountain Street of 50 feet and extending to an even
depth of 180 feet to the property now or formerly of the Mt. Holly Springs Paper
Company, being bounded on the East by the land now or formerly of Jesse Harry and on
the North and West by lands now or formerly of Mt. Holly Springs Paper Company and
on the South by Mountain Street.
BEING improved with a dwelling house known as No. 25 Mountain Street.
BEING the same premises which Harry P. Clever and Donna H. Clever, his wife,
conveyed to Larry A. Winebrenner and Christine L. Winebrenner, his wife, by deed dated
March 5, 2003 and recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Offfice in
Book 257, Page 4089.
