The Plaintiff is the owner of property located at 25 Mountain Street, Mount H lly Springs, PA 17065, by virtue of Deed dated July 31, 2012. from the Tax Claim Bureau of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to Paul A. Pletcher, recorded on August 1, 2012, at Instrument Number 201223144. 4. A true and correct copy of the Deed and the legal description of the property are attac ed to this Complaint. 5. Plaintiff is entitled to immediate possession of the property. 6. The Defendants, Larry A. Winebrenner and Christine L. Winebrenner, and occupants, e occupying the property without right, insofar as the Plaintiff has claim of title.
