this matter on May 24, 2012 is hereby made ABSOLUTE, and the Court confirms the
payments made in this estate by the Executor, Michael Looney, from the assets listed
in paragraph six of the Petition under Section 3102 of the PEF code, for the
administrative expenses of the decedent's estate, as set forth in paragraph seven of the
Petition. The unsecured creditors listed in paragraph eight of the Petition shall remain
unpaid due to the insolvency of this Estate.
