NOW COMES the Borough of Mechanicsburg Cumberland County, ~
Pennsylvania, by its attorney Lisa Marie Coyne, Esquire, and files the within claim
for charges assessed with respect to sewer and /or refuse rates against above
named owner or owners and against the hereinafter described real estate as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1. This claim is filed by the Borough of Mechanicsburg, a borough organized
and existing in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania.
2. The owner or reputed owner of the property, or party or parties
responsible or liable, for which this claim is filed is the Defendant(s).
3. The authority under which the sewer and/or refuse rates were changed
and assessed is the Act of July 18, 1935, P.L. 1286, Section 1, 53 P.S. § 2231,
as amended.
4. Plaintiff has made demands for payment for services; however,
Defendant(s) have not made payments for the services provided.
5. The authority under which this claim is filed is the Act of May 16, 1923

6. A description of the property against which this claim is filed is:

Cumberland County
Pennsylvania 17055

7. This claim has not been the subject of any previous claim and judgment
in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County for sewer and/or
refuse charges.
8. The total amount of the charges for which this claim is filed is
six hundred and ninety eight and 65/100 dollars $(698.65), plus costs and
reasonable attorney's fees.
9. The time period for which these charges are filed is July 1, 2011 to
September 30, 2012 on Sewer/ Refuse Account 6017-0.
WHEREFORE, Claimant requests that a Municipal Lien be enured in its
favor and against the Defendant in the amount of six hundred and ninety eight
and 65/100 dollars ($698.65), plus cost and reasonable attorney's fees.

WITNESSETH, that in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ( $1.0.0 ) , in h nd
paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the sand Granto s do
hereby grant and convey to the said Grantee, his heirs and assign
ALL THAT CERTAIN house and lot of ground situate in the Boroug of
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and descr bed
as follows, to wit:
BEG INNING at a point in the northern line of Apple Drive on the
hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots, said point being on the divis on
line between Lot Nos. 35 and 36 on said Plan; thence along the di i-
sion line between Lot Nos. 35 and 36, North 09 degrees 5a minutes
West, one hundred fifty {150) feet to a point; thence along the
dividing line between Lot Nos. 6 and 36 on said Plan, North 90 de revs
10 minutes East, ninety-one (91) #eet to a point at corner of lan now
or formerly of Niles Gross; thence along the line of said land, S uth
10 degrees 36 minutes East, one hundred fifty (150} feet to a poi t in
the northern line of Apple Drive, aforesaid; thence along said no k-
ern line of Apple Drive, South 80 degrees 10 minutes West, ninety
three (93) feet to a point on the division line between Lot Nos. 5
and 36 aforesaid, the place of SEGI2tNING.
BEING all of Lot No. 36 and the western portion of Lot No. 37 on the
Plan of Lots known as Orchard Crest - Section "B", which said Pla is
of record in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office in Plan Book Z0,
at page 4.
