and between Tamanini Homes, LLC, herein fter f~
Contractor,
AND
Laurence L. Furr and Andrea D. Furr, husband and wife, hereinafte
referred to as Owner, whereby the contractor undertook and agree
to erected and construct a dwelling on the certain lot of group
situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Commonwealth o
Pennsylvania, and more fully described in Exhibit "A" which i
attached hereto and made a part hereof known as Lot 13 Trindl
Station, 838 Tamanini Way, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEI~NT WITNESSETH: That the sai
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar t
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereb
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in th
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its, his
or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or n
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any f
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or abo t
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the 1 t
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself r
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under the ,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, a d
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildin s
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the rig t
of Lien, shall be an independent covenant.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situated in Monroe
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being
known as Lot 13 and is a portion of Tax Parcel 22-
09-0541-013 known as Trindle Station as depicted on
the Final Subdivision as depicted on the Final
Subdivision Plan for Section 1 of Trindle Station -
Phase 2 prepared by Alpha Consulting Engineers, Inc.
having Instrument Number 200801802 assigned in the
Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds office, being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin on the northern right-of-
way line of Tamanini Way at the dividing line of Lot
13 herein conveyed and Lot 14 as shown on the
aforementioned Subdivision Plan; thence along the
northern right of way line of Tamanini Way South 30
degrees 59 minutes 10 seconds West a distance of
105.04 feet to an iron pin at the dividing line of
Lot 12; thence along Lot 12 North 59 degrees 00
minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of 107.15 feet
to an iron pin on the dividing line of Lot 9; thence
along Lot 9 North 31 degrees 42 minutes 36 seconds
East, a distance of 105.04 feet to an iron pin at

recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in
and for Cumberland County in Deed Book 279, Page
752, granted and conveyed unto Trindle Station, LLC,
Grantor herein.
