satisfied that the law involving incapacitated persons has been
complied with, both the spirit and the intent. The emergency
guardian is directed to immediately authorize the ethics
committee of Select Medical to remove the medical equipment
maintaining Russell Lee Zimmerman in the most humane and
dignified way possible.
