AND TO APPOINT PLENARY GUARDIAN OF HIS ESTATE AND PERSON
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 27th day of August, 2012, upon
consideration of the petition of Geraldine L. Miner and Michael
W. Miner, to adjudicate an incapacitated person and appoint a
plenary guardian of his person and estate with respect to
Theodore Thomas Miner, an adult resident of Cumberland County
residing at 824 Lisburn Road, Camp Hill, PA, known as the Woods
at Cedar Run, and following a hearing held this date, at which
Theodore Thomas Miner was present and was represented by Mark F.
Bayley, Esquire, and at which evidence was presented by the
Petitioner to support the Petition, the Court finds that Theodore
Thomas Miner is an incapacitated person, is consequently
adjudicated as such, and Geraldine L. Miner of 7 Riddle, Camp
Hill, PA, together with Michael W. Miner of 3400 Willow Wind
Drive, Pfafftown, North Carolina, are appointed plenary guardians
of his person and estate. No bond shall be required of the
guardians, and the guardians shall file on a timely basis wit~~:~

Theodore Thomas Miner is hereby notified of his
right to appeal to the Pennsylvania Superior Court from this ~

adjudication of incapacity within 30 days of today's date, and to
petition at any time for a modification or termination of this
order.
