RYAN W1NGERT, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is the owner of
three real estate properties situated in Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
These properties are 113-115 East Orange Street, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, 23 North Earl
Street, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, and 3 Britain Road, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania.
The Deponent does hereby confess judgment herein and authorize.~the entry therof
against the Deponent in the sum of $300,000.00 upon the following conditions:
This Confession of Judgment is for a debt to become due to the Plaintiff arising
from the following facts:
The detkndant, Ryan Wingert, has executed a Secured Appearance Bond
guaranteeing that he will make all appearances required in the matter of UNITED
STATES of AMERICA vs RYAN WINGERT, Court Docket No. 04-CR-639
United States District Court, Eastern District of New York.
This Confession of Judgement is given as security on said bond. Judgment may
be entered in favor of the United States government in the amount of $300,000.00
the event that Ryan Wingert breaches the terms and conditions of his bond in such
manner that forfeiture of his bond is duly ordered by the Court.
