ITEM 1. I direct that all my legal debts and funeral expenses, which my estate is obligated to pay, be paid and satisfied by my Executor, as soon after my death as may be found convenient. ITEM 2. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of every nature and wherever situate to my son, GREGORY E. WOODS, and his then living issue, per stirpes. ITEM 3. I appoint my son, GREGORY E. WOODS, Executor of this my Last Will. ITEM 4.
