2. Debra Houseman shall secure insurance for the property and real
estate located at 1204 Mitchell Drive, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, immediately and provide proof of such insurance to the Court on
or before December 4, 2009.
3. Debra Houseman shall permit her co-personal representative to have
unfettered access to 1204 Mitchell Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, to
include allowing for an appraisal of this stated real estate.
IT IS FUTHER ORDERED AND DIRECTED that a hearing on this matter
shall be set for Tuesday, January 12, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. in Courtroom No. 2 of
the Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
