RE:21-12-0077 Ann Stum
On March 16, 2012 I received Guardian of my mother in your court. I would like to see about removing my
brother Derek Stum from my mother's vehicle titles and her Will. My mother has had dementia for about 8
Years. My brother was supposed to be taking care of her and her financial things but that was not the
case.ln 2009 he took her and had power of attorney and a Will done. She cleady had dementia at that
time. Currently there is an investigation going on with the Pennsylvania State F~dice regarding the
severity of my mother's money being taken. Trooper Reid is handling the case. My brother is accused of
paying some of his own personal bills with Ann Stum's Debit card. He is also accused of going to the ATM
machine withdrawing large amounts of cash from her account. He has also over the years took her to
sign for credit for him for purchases him telling her he would pay the bill and now she is stuck owing
several creditors because he has failed to pay them. Trooper Reid can be reac;hed at (717)249-2121.

would speak to you on the phone regarding this matter.
My brother Derek Stum has also added at some time his name to Ann Stum's vehicle titles. I have spoken
to Penn Dot and they will take a court order to remove him. Derek Stum does not call our mom or come
see her. He never provided a address for the previous court hearing. I have no idea where he lives still. I
would like to see how I can have a new will done and remove him from her vehicle titles. I was told that
the court would have to do a will for Ann Stum since she is incapacitated. Also my sister Diane Hall wants
nothing to do with my mom's will. They are estranged. She stated she wants nothing to do with my
mother or her will. Her number is (256)394-6361. I know the attorneys spoke to her before the hearing for
guardian in March.
