ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 5th day of September, 2012, after
hearing in the above-captioned matter, the Court does find that the
best interests and permanent welfare of these children will be
advanced by granting sole legal and physical custody of the
children to Donna R. Weiss and Charles A. Weiss. Accordingly, it
is hereby ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the Petition for Guardianship
filed by the Petitioner Grandparents is hereby granted. Charles A.
Weiss and Donna R. Weiss are hereby granted sole legal and physical
guardianship of the minor children.
