conference with counsel, the following schedule for briefing and argument is established
with respect to all contested issues:
1. The Executor's brief(s) regarding the merits, in general, and the Executor's
request for attorney fees shall be submitted to the court and opposing counsel
no later than the close of business on October 5, 2012.
2. Responsive briefs shall be submitted by the close of business on November
5, 2012.
3. If the Executor chooses to file a reply brief it shall be submitted no later than
the close of business on November 15, 2012.
4. Argument on the consolidated issues shall be held at 9:00 a.m. on Friday,
December 7, 2012, in Courtroom Number 1, Cumberland County Courthouse,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
