OF PROCEEDINGS AFFECTING CHARITABLE INTERESTS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the First and Final Account and Statement
of Proposed Distribution of James D. Bogar, Executor of the Estate of
Florence M. Fasick, was filed in the Cumberland County Register of Wills
Office on September 7, 2012. In the absence of exceptions to the Account,
it will be called for audit by the Court at 9:30 A.M. on Tuesday, October
9, 2012.
A copy of the First and Final Account and Statement of Proposed
Distribution is attached hereto. A copy of the Will of the decedent is
also enclosed herewith.
