~fjerea~, The Rutt IF+amily Sonshine, LP, hereinafter called the Owner, is about to execute contemporaneously
with Keystone Custom Homes, Inc. of 227 Granite Run Drive, Suite 100, Lancaster, PA 17601, hereinafter called the
Contractor, a contract for the 'erection or construction of a SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING upon the lot of ground known as
12 Foxwood Boulevard, Mecf~anicsburg, PA 17050Foxwood, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, described in Exhibit "A"
hereof, of which The Rutt Flamily Sonshine, LP is the title holder of record, as more particularly described in Deed
Book ,Page ;and
,~otp, August 22, 2012, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before
any authority has been giver] by the Owner to the Contractor to commence work on said building or improvement, to
purchase materials for the same, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between said parties as part of said contract
and for the consideration therein set forth, nether the undersigned Contractor, any Sub-contractor or material man, nor any
other person furnishing labor ar materials to the said Contractor under the contract entered into between said parties shall
file a lien for work done or material furnished to said building, improvements or any part thereof.

with the requirements of the Aict of August 24, 1963, P.L. 497, as amended,

All that certain lot or tract of ground situate in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland
County, PA, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at a point on the western right-of-way line of Stallion Street at lands N/F of
Dennis and Linda Hbke, Deed Book 27B, Page 798; thence along said right-of-way
line and along a drainage easement S34-39-33W 131.00 feet to a point; thence along
the same by a curvy to the right, said curve having a chord bearing and distance of
S79-39-33W 26.87 feet, a radius of 19.00 feet and an arc distance of 29.85 feet to a
point on said right-off-way line at its intersection with the northern right-of-way line of
Foxwood Boulevard; thence along said northern right-of-way line and said easement
N55-20-27W 91.00 feet to a point being the southeast corner of Lot #11; thence along
Lot #11 N34-39-33E 150.00 feet to a point at said lands of Dennis and Linda Hoke;
thence along said hands S55-20-27E 110.00 feet to a point, being the place of
beginning.
Containing 16,423 square feet. (0.38 acres)

Fisher and Associate, Inc., recorded in Plan Book 90, Page 18.
