Herr, Assistant Vice President ~~T~~~~ 3 ac~~ File No. FWS010 All that certain lot or tract of ground situate in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County, PA, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: Beginning at a point on the western right-of-way line of Stallion Street at lands N/F of Dennis and Linda Hbke, Deed Book 27B, Page 798; thence along said right-of-way line and along a drainage easement S34-39-33W 131.00 feet to a point; thence along the same by a curvy to the right, said curve having a chord bearing and distance of S79-39-33W 26.87 feet, a radius of 19.00 feet and an arc distance of 29.85 feet to a point on said right-off-way line at its intersection with the northern right-of-way line of Foxwood Boulevard; thence along said northern right-of-way line and said easement N55-20-27W 91.00 feet to a point being the southeast corner of Lot #11; thence along Lot #11 N34-39-33E 150.00 feet to a point at said lands of Dennis and Linda Hoke; thence along said hands S55-20-27E 110.00 feet to a point, being the place of beginning. Containing 16,423 square feet. (0.38 acres) Being Lot #10 on a Preliminary Final Subdivision Plan for Foxwood, prepared by R. J. Fisher and Associate, Inc., recorded in Plan Book 90, Page 18.
