KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, ROBERT FOLTZ,
being one of the heirs of Madeline G. Foltz, Deceased, late of the Borough of Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, do hereby acknowledge that, upon execution and
delivery of this Release, I will be receiving of and from Robert Foltz, Executor of the
Estate of the said Decedent, the sum of One Thousand One Hundred Fifty and No/100
($1,150.00) Dollars, in full satisfaction and payment of all such sum or sums of money,
legacies, bequests, intestate shares, and family exemptions to which I am entitled by Will
or as an heir-at-law and to which I am entitled from the Estate of said Decedent.
NOW, THEREFORE, I do hereby remise, release, quitclaim, and forever
discharge the said Robert Foltz, Executor of said Estate, his heirs, executors,
administrators, and assigns, of and from the said legacy or legacies and other shares in
said Estate and of and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims, and
demands whatsoever, for, and by reason thereof, or of any other act, matter, cause, or
thing whatsoever, from the beginning of the world to the date of these presents.

KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, KIMBERLY M. FOLTZ,
parent and natural guardian of MARCY J. FOLTZ, being one of the heirs of Madeline G. Foltz,
Deceased, late of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, do hereby
acknowledge that, upon execution and delivery of this Release, I will be receiving of and from
Robert Foltz, Executor of the Estate of the said Decedent, the sum of Thirty Thousand Two
Hundred Ninety-Five and 23/100 ($30,295.23) Dollars, for deposit in a federally insured,
sequestered account in the name of Marcy J. Foltz, a minor, at Farmers and Merchants Trust
Company, 14 North Hanover Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in full satisfaction and payment of
all such sum or sums of money, legacies, bequests, intestate shares, and family exemptions to
which the said Marcy J. Foltz is entitled by Will or as an heir-at-law and to which she is entitled
from the Estate of said Decedent.
NOW, THEREFORE, on behalf of the said Marcy J. Foltz, I do hereby remise, release,
quitclaim, and forever discharge the said Robert Foltz, Executor of said Estate, his heirs,
executors, administrators, and assigns, of and from the said legacy or legacies and other shares in
said Estate and of and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims, and
