AND NOW, this ~ day 12, upon consideration of Petitioner's,
Amended Petition for Relief under the Donated or Dedicated Property Act to Allow the Sale of
Tax Parcel #34-34-2417-169, it is hereby ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for 1:30 p.m.
on Thursday, the 11th day of October, 2012, in Courtroom Number 6 of the Cumberland
County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, shall take place for the purpose of taking testimony
to determine if the Borough of Shippensburg may sell free and clear of any use restrictions the
property listed as Tax Parcel No. 34-34-2417-169 along West King Street, consisting of 0.39
acres.
Notice of said hearing shall be published by the Petitioner, Borough of Shippensburg,
once a week for three consecutive weeks in the Cumberland County Law Journal and in a local
newspaper of general circulation prior to the hearing. Additionally, Petitioner shall notify the
Civic Club of Shippensburg and the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission of said
hearing. Proof of publication and service shall be filed with the Court prior to the hearing.
