for Rose M. Neidig to Remove Carmella Colban as Executrix or, in the Alternative, to
Compel Administration with Respect to the Decedent's Real Estate, a Citation is issued
upon all interested parties to show cause why the relief requested should not be
granted. PETITIONER shall effectuate service of this Citation, along with a copy of the
petition, upon all interested parties.
