ITEM II: I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as apart of the expense of the administration of my estate, without apportionment. ITEM III: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of every nature and wherever situate, in equal shares, as follows: a. One (1) equal share to my son, JERRY L. FRANK, providing that he shall survive me by thirty (30) days. Should my son, JERRY L. FRANK, predecease me or die on or before the 30`h day following my death, I give devise and bequeath his share of my estate to my daughter-in-law, NANCY FRANK, providing that she shall survive me by thirty (30) days Should my daughter-in-law, NANCY FRANK, predecease me or die on or before the 30`h day following my death, I give, devise and bequeath her share of my estate to my granddaughter, EMILY FRANK, per stirnes. b. One (1) equal share to my daughter, HARRIETT WEINSTOCK, providing that she shall survive me by thirty (30) days. Should my daughter, HARRIETT WEINSTOCK, predecease me or die on or before the 30`h day following my death, I give devise and bequeath her share of my estate to her issue, per stirnes, that aze living on the thirtieth (30`h) day following my death. c. One (1) equal shaze to be divided equally, share and share alike, between my granddaughter, STEPHANIE MILLARD and my grandson, ERIC MILLARD, providing that they shall survive me by thirty (30) days. Should my granddaughter, STEPHANIE MILLARD, predecease me or die on or before the 30s' day following my death, I give devise and bequeath her shaze of my estate to her issue, per stirnes, that are living on the thirtieth (30"') day following my death. Should my grandson, ERIC MILLARD, predecease me or die on or before the 30`h day following my death, I give devise and bequeath his share of my estate to his issue, t7er sti DeS, that aze living on the thirtieth (30a'j day following my death. ITEM IV: I hereby authorize and empower my Executor hereinafter named to sell all of the real property and any or all of the personal property not specifically bequeathed herein, which I may own or to which I am entitled at the time of my death, in the sole discretion of my Executor at private or public sale, without an Order of Court, at such time or times and upon such terms as the said Executor shall deem proper for the best interests of my estate or of my beneficiaries, thereby converting the same into cash. I further authorize and empower my said Executor to execute, acknowledge and deliver all proper writings and deeds of conveyance and transfer thereof. ITEM V: The principal and income of any bequests created hereunder shall be free from anticipation, assignment, pledge or obligation of any beneficiazie:> and shall not be subject to an execution or attachment or to voluntary or involuntary alienation. ITEM VI: I appoint my son, JERRY L. FRANK, Executor of this, my Last Will. Should JERRY L.
