IN RE: PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 4th day of October, 2005, upon
consideration of the Petition for the Appointment of a Guardian
of the Person of a Minor in the above-captioned case, and
following a proceeding at which the reasons for the appointment
were set forth on the record, and with the agreement of the
guardian ad litem appointed for the minor child who is the
subject of this case, Aeryelle D. Dubois, in the person of
James K. Jones, Esquire, the petition is granted to the extent
that John Nester and Belinda Nester, husband and wife, who reside
at 327 South Sporting Hill Road, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
are appointed guardians of the person of Aeryelle D. Dubois.
The primary purpose of this appointment is to
facilitate medical insurance coverage for Ms. DuBois.
This order will be reviewed upon motion of
