WH~REAS, Joseph D. Centobene, Jr. and Maria R. Centobene, husband and wife
of Pennsylvania, s about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract 'with Classic
Communities Co ration, a Pennsylvania Corporation of Dauphin County, Pennsywania, for the
erection of a dwelli g upon a lot of land situate as follows:
ALL,' THAT CERTAIN lot, pazcel or tract of land located in North Middleton
Township, Cumber and County, Pennsylvania in accordance with a Final Subdivision Plan of
Mountain View Es ties, Phase I, prepazed by Hartman and Associates, Inc., Engineers & Surveyors
and recorded in the ffice of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
in Instrument Nor. 01025023, more particulazly bounded and described as followsa to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern right-of--way line of Allegheny Lane at the
common front prop ~ corner of Lot No. 201 and Lot No. 202 as shown on the above referenced
Plan; thence along s 'dright-of--way line of Allegheny Lane by a curve to the right having a radius
of 625.00 feet and arc length of 94.20 feet to a point at the dividing line between Loft No. 200 and
Lot No. 201; thenc along said dividing line North 09 degrees 18 minutes 22 secoonds West, a

UNDI,ER AND SUBJECT, nevertheless, to easements, restrictions, reservations,
conditions, and rights of way of record or visible upon inspection of premises.
NOVA, the day of September, 2012, at the time of and immediately before
the execution of the j~rincipal contract, and before any authority has been given by thle said Joseph
D. Centobene, Jr. a#~d Maria R. Centobene, husband and wife to the said Classic Communities
Corporation, a Pennsylvania Corporation to commence work on the said building; or purchase
materials for the sarr~e in consideration of the making of the said contract with Classic Communities
Corporation, a Penn,~ylvania Corporation and the further consideration of One Dollar, to Classic
Communities Corporation, a Pennsylvania Corporation paid by Joseph D. Centobene, ~Jr. and Maria
R. Centobene, husbd and wife it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the
contractor, or any s~b-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or an~ other person
for any labor, or ma~eirrials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said
building, the right td file such liens being expressly waived.
