BOILING SPRIGS, PA 17007-9739.
3. At the special insf ance and request of Defendant, Plaintiff, DISCOVER BANK, isswed to Defendant(s),
Account # ending; in 2974.
4. Defendant received, accepted and used the account to its benefit.
5. This account is in',default and Defendant(s) has an unpaid balance of $2,502.79. A tnae and accurate copy
of the total due ands owing is attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked as Exhibit'."A".
6. All credits, if anyr to which Defendant(s) is entitled, have been applied to the account and are included in

services, customer service, and collection of delinquent accounts. The collection of delinquent accounts
includes the right to forward the same to the attorneys to file suit on Discover Bank's behalf. Both DB
Servicing Corporatio~h and Discover Bank are wholly owned subsidiaries of Discover Financial Services
