RELEASE, RECEIPT, REFUNDING, AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT IN THE ESTATE OF FRANK FINUI, DECEASED KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that WHEREAS, Frank Finui, late of Carlisle Borough, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased, died testate on February 10, 2011; WHEREAS, Letters Testamentary on the Estate of the said decedent were duly issued by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Estate No.2111-0267, and Letters were granted to Charles M. Finui and David A. Finui, hereinafter called personal representatives, on February 28, 2011; WHEREAS, the assets of the said decedent consist of personal property to a total value of $40,566.02 as set forth in the Distribution Schedule which is attached hereto and made a part hereof and marked Exhibit A; WHEREAS, First Commonwealth Bank, Trustee of the Frank Finui Revocable Living Trust, being the sole beneficiary of the Estate, by its authorized officer, does hereby acknowledge and agrees with receipt of those assets set forth in said Distribution Schedule; THEREFORE, First Commonwealth Bank, Trustee, hereby remises, releases, quit claims and forever discharges the Co-Executors, Charles M. Finui and David A. Finui, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, of and from the estate and from all actions, suits, payment, accounts, reckoning, claims and demands whatsoever for or by reason thereof, or for any other use, matter, cause or thing whatsoever touching upon the estate of the said decedent.
