KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that, I, one of the beneficiaries and
legatees named in the Will of GRACE C. SWAN or the Estate of GRACE C. SWAN, do
hereby acknowledge that I have this day had and received of and from Allen E. Hench,
Executor of the Estate and Last Will and Testament of the said GRACE C. SWAN,
deceased, the sum of ONE AND 00/100 DOLLAR ($1.00) and other good and valuable
considerations, representing, the entire balance due me, in sums of money, legacies, and
bequests as are given and bequeathed to me in the Last Will and Testament of the Estate
aforesaid. I hereby acknowledge that the said Allen E. Hench has made distribution from
the assets of the Estate of GRACE C. SWAN as set forth and required by the Will.
I have reviewed the Inheritance Tax Return and am familiar with the assets and
transactions of the Estate. I find all to be proper and acceptable.
I desire that the share of the Estate be distributed without the formality of a court
proceeding in order to save the expense, publicity, and delay incident to such a court
proceeding, and the said Allen E. Hench is willing to make such distribution upon the
receipt of this Receipt and Release.
In consideration of the foregoing and intending to be legally bound hereby, I
agree as follows:
I hereby waive court approval of the account or any audit of the account. I am
satisfied with the administration and all transactions.
Further, I do, by these presents, remise, release, quitclaim and forever discharge
the said Allen E. Hench as Executor, his heirs, estates, executors, and administrators of
and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts, and reckonings, liabilities, claims and
demands whatsoever, for or by reason thereof or relating to any way in his administration
of the Estate or of any other act, matter, cause or thing whatsoever from the beginning of
the world to the day of the date of these presents.

I HEREBY AGREE to indemnify and hold harmless Allen E. Hench, Executor,
his heirs and assigns, from and against any and all bills, expenses, claims, losses,
liabilities, and damages which he may suffer or to which he maybe subjected by reason
of his administration of the Estate of GRACE C. SWAN and the distribution of the
Estate, including, but not limited to, any liability for any tax, income tax, Pennsylvania
Inheritance Tax, or any other death taxes, together with interests and costs incidental
thereto, relating in any way to the Estate.
I INTEND to be legally bound hereby and it is also my intention that this
instrument be legally binding on my heirs, executors, assigns, and adnninistrators. This
document is to be governed in all respects by Pennsylvania Law.
