National Health Systems, Inc. Deputies attempted services at 1104 Fernvtrood Avenue, #404, Camp Hill,
Pennsylvania 17011 on October 2, 2012, and were advised by Rosie Reddmond, Building Manager,
National Health Systems, Inc. ended occupancy at this address over two years ago.
