02/07/2013 DS:45AM-William Cline, Deputy Sheriff,who being duly sworn according to law, states that onFebruary
7, 2013 at 0944 hours, attached as herein commanded all goods, chattels, rights, debts, credits, and
monies cf the within named defendant, towit OvidioTnavoruo. Jr.. in the hands, possession, orcontrol
of the within named garnishee, Metro Bank, G5 Ashland Avenue, Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, by handing to James Ghafoori, Customer Service Representative, personally three copies
of interrogatories together with three true and attested copies of the writ of execution and made the
contents there of known to him.
02/13/2013 08:59 PM - Deputy Shawn Gutshall, being duly sworn according to law, served the requested Writ of
Execution and Claim for Exemption Form to a person representing themselves to be Glendalie Traverso,
wife of defendant, who accepted as"Adult Person in Charge"for the within named Defendant, to wit:

same and levied upon personal property as directed. Copy of levy mailed to attorney and letter mailed to

NOTE: Per Glendalie, defendant is in Arkansas for police training and will not be returning until March 1,
2813. Gendo|ie also said that they are separated.
