COURT OF THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS, CIVIL DIVISION. AN APPEAL MUST BE FILED WITHIN THIRTY DAYS IN RESIDENTIAL CEASE
ACTIONSlNVOLVING AVICTIM OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. THIS APPEAL WILL INCLUDE AN APPEAL OF THE MONEY JUDGMENT, IF ANY.
