I, ILSE P. B. RODGERS, widow, residing at 55-25 31st
Avenue, Woodside, Queens County, New York, being of sound and
disposing mind and memory, and mindful of the uncertainties of
this life, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my LAST
WILL AND TESTAMENT, hereby revoking any and all former Wills and
Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I hereby direct the payment of my funeral and
testamentary expenses as soon after my decease as may be
practicable and I also direct that there be no wake, services or
viewing of my remains.
SECOND: I give and bequeath the sum of TEN THOUSAND
($10,000.00) DOLLARS to GERDA BUCHLER, former wife of my nephew
HELMUT BUCHLER, JR., presently residing at 10 Birkenweg Freiburg,
7800, Germany.
THIRD: I give and bequeath the sum of FIVE HUNDRED
($500.00) DOLLARS to MYRA CHRISTIAN, my deceased husband's niece,
presently residing at 3632 Rutherford Street, Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania.
FOURTH: I give and bequeath to my niece, ILSE
FRIEDERICKE BRUNNABEND, presently residing in Mannheim, Germany,
I! all my tangible personal household effects, furnishings,
clothing, jewelry, bric-a-brac and the like, not including bank
accounts, stocks and bonds and the like.
FIFTH: All the rest, residue and remainder of my
Estate, real, personal, and, of whatever kind, nature and
description, and, wherever the same may be located, or, to which
I shall be in any way entitled at the time of my death, I give,

devise and bequeath as follows:
(a) One-fourth (1/4) or twenty-five (25%) per
centum of my said residuary estate to WERNER BUCHLER, son of
BRUNO BUCHLER, my deceased brother of the half-blood, or, if he
should not survive me, in such event to TRUDE BUCHLER, his wife,
me surviving;
(b) One-fourth (1/4) or twenty-five (25%) per
centum of my said residuary estate to URSEL BUCHLER, daughter of
EUGEN BUCHLER, my brother of the half-blood, or, if she does not
survive me, in such event to the beneficiaries of my residuary
estate;
(c) One-fourth (1/4) or twenty-five (25%) per
centum of my said residuary estate to HELMUT BUCHLER, JR., son of
HELMUT BUCHLER, my deceased brother, or, if he does not survive
me, in such event to those of his children who survive me,
equally;
(d) The remaining one-fourth (1/4) or twenty-
five (25%) per centum of my said residuary estate to ILSE
FRIEDERICKE BRUNNABEND, daughter of HELMUT BUCHLER, my deceased
brother, or, if she does not survive me, in such event to HEINZ
BRUNNABEND, her husband, and to those of her children who shall
survive me, equally.
SIXTH: I hereby confirm, for the benefit of any
beneficiaries therein named, any "TOTTEN" Trust and/or joint
savings and/or money market accounts and/or joint certificates of I
deposit or time deposits or such accounts in trust, set up by me
during my lifetime and existent at the time of my death to the
extent of any balances therein at the time of my death.
SEVENTH: I direct that all estate, transfer,
succession, legacy, inheritance or other death taxes or duties,

and any interest and penalties thereon, which may be payable upon
or with respect to any property included in my gross estate or
taxable to any beneficiary receiving the same under provisions of
any tax law of the United states or any state thereof regardless
of whether such property passes under this Will or outside of
this Will, shall be paid by my Executors or Executor, as the case
may be, out of the principal of my residuary estate and treated
as an expense of administering my estate and the same shall not
be apportioned.
EIGHTH: A. I appoint my aforenamed niece, ILSE
: FRIEDERICKE BRUNNABEND and WILLIAM A. SCHAUER, presently residing
at 66-61 Forest Avenue, Ridgewood, New York, as Executors
hereunder.
B. No bond, surety or other security shall be
required of any Executors or Executor, as the case may be, acting
hereunder, any law of any state or other jurisdiction to the
contrary notwithstanding.
C. Any power and authority, including any
discretion, conferred upon my Executors or Executor, as the case
may be, by this Will, may be exercised by such of them as shall
qualify and be acting hereunder as Executors or Executor, as the
case may be, from time to time, and by the survivors or survivor
and the successors or successor of them.
NINTH: I empower my Executors or Executor, as the case
may be, without authorization or approval of any court, to do
everything they, she or he, as the case may be, deem advisable,
even though it would not be authorized or appropriate for
fiduciaries (but for this power) under any statute or rule of
law, including in this grant (without impairing its plenary
nature) power to retain, temporarily or permanently, all kinds of

realty and personalty, even common stocks and unsecured
obligations, without diversification as to kind or amount; sell,
mortgage, lease or otherwise dispose of any such property, make
sales publicly or privately, wholly or partly on credit; delegate
discretionary powers to agents, remunerate them and pay their
expenses; and distribute in kind or in money, or partly in each,
even if shares be composed differently. All powers granted by
this Will shall be exercisable by the Executors or Executor, as
the case may be, for the time being acting, including any
substitute.
TENTH: In the event that any beneficiary under this
Will and I shall die in a common accident, or disaster, or under
such circumstances that it is difficult or impracticable to
determine who survived the other, then I direct that such
beneficiary shall be deemed to have predeceased me.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, the undersigned Testatrix, have

Dear Sir or Madam:
This is in response to your request for an extension of time to file the Inheritance Tax Return for
the above estate.
In accordance with Section 2136 (d) of the Inheritance and Estate Tax Act of 1995, the time for
filing the return is extended for an additional period of six months. This extension will avoid the
imposition of a penalty for failure to make a timely return. However, it does not prevent interest from
accruing on any tax remaining unpaid after the delinquent date.
The return must be filed with the Register of Wills on or before 04-06-2005. Because Section
2136 (d) of the 1995 Act allows for only one extra period of six (6) months, no additional extension( s)
will be granted that would exceed the maximum time permitted.

[72 P.S. 9116 (a) (1.1) (H)). The statute does not exempt a transfer to a surviving spouse from tax, and the statutory requirements for disclosure of assets
and filing a tax return are still applicable even if the surviving spouse is the only beneficiary.

The tax rate imposed on the net value ot transfers from a deceased child twenty-one years of age or younger at death to or for the use of a natural
parent, an adoptive parent, or a $tepparent of the child is 0% [72 P.S. 9116 (a) (1.2)].
The tax rate imposed on the net ~alue of transfers to or for the use of the decedent's lineal beneficiaries is 4.5%, except as noted in 72 P.S. 9116( 1.2)

without limitations, debts of ILSE P.B. RODGERS, or her estate, expenses of
administering her estate, transfer, estate or other taxes of any kind, which
shall be properly chargeable in whole or in part against the foregoing sum
transferred to me, then to the extent of the portion of such claim or obligation

I, WERNER BUCHLER, residing at 40670 Meerbusch, Heinrich-Klifgen-
Str. 2 A, Germany, do hereby acknowledge the receipt of the sum of THREE HUNDRED
TWENTY-SIX THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-THREE AND 46/100 ($326,253.46), from
WILLIAM A. SCHAUER, as Executor of the Estate of ILSE P.B. RODGERS, Deceased,
being in complete payment and satisfaction for my share in the estate of said
deceased, and in consideration of such payment I hereby, for myself and my heirs,
executors and administrators, remise, release and forever discharge WILLIAM A.
SCHAUER, individually, and as Executor, and his heirs, executors and
administrators, of and from all claims and demands which I or my heirs, executors
and admlnistrators now have or hereafter may have against him by reason of any
acts or matters done or omitted to be done by him, as Executor, in connection
with said estate, and, I do further declare that I have not heretofore prior to
the receipt thereof assigned, conveyed or otherwise in any way alienated or
encumbered my interest in said legacy.
The aforesaid sum is inclusive of complete distribution and
payment of the residuary bequest, under Paragraph FIFTH(a) of the Last Will and
Testament of ILSE P.B. RODGERS, dated August 17, 1995.
In consideration of the receipt thereof prior to the settlement,
judicial or otherwise, of the account of the Executor, I hereby agree that if the
Executor, or his successors, assigns, heirs, executors or administrators shall
hereafter be required to pay any claims or obligations of any kind, including,
without limitations, debts of ILSE P.B. RODGERS, or her estate, expenses of
administering her estate, transfer, estate or other taxes of any kind, which
shall be properly chargeable in whole or in part against the foregoing sum
transferred to me, then to the extent of the portion of such claim or obligation
so chargeable, I will reimburse the Executor, or his successors, assigns, heirs,
executors or administrators.
I do hereby further agree, to the extent of my interest, to
indemnify, exonerate and hold harmless said Executor, individually and as such
Executror, his executors, administrators, distributees, successors and assigns,
from and against any and all taxes, expenses, liabilities, claims or demands
which said Executor may at any time have incurred or which at any time may be
asserted by anyone against him in consequence of his administration of said
estate, together with the expenses (including attorneys' fees) of any litigation,
settlement or other proceedings, judicial or otherwise, that may be incidental to
determining or avoiding liability for any such taxes or claims.
I do hereby further waive the notice and/or issue and service of
a Citation to attend the judicial settlement of any account of said Executor and
consent that such settlement may be had at any time without notice, or issue of
service upon me of Citation to attend the same, and that said Executor may be
finally discharged from his trust by the Register of Wills, Cumberland Co.,
Pennsylvania, or appropriate authority of the State of Pennsylvania.
