Clearview Drive Camp Hill, PA 17011 Tax Property Map: 10-21-0279 Pazcel No.: 113 for unpaid sewer and/or trash services rendered from April 1, 2012 through August 1, 2012. Said services were rendered and chazged pursuant to Hampden Township Code of Ordinances Chapter 18, Part 2 and/or Chapter 20, Part 1, as amended. Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and chazacter of the services so LAW OFFICES SNELBAKER 8C BRENNEMAN, P.C. rendered and the prices charged therefor, said statement being a true and correct copy of rel. ~ p ~- ~~ G+~ 3 ~~ the Owner's account with the Claimant, which sum of $548.25 was duly assessed against the above Owners and premises beginning April 1, 2012 and for which sum, which ' includes interest, costs and penalties, together with attorney's fees pursuant to Section 209, Part 2, Chapter 18 of the Township of Hampden Code of Ordinances, a lien is claimed against the above premises in accordance with the Municipality Authorities Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, 53 P. S. § 5601, et sea., as supplemented and amended and the Municipal Claims and Tax Lien Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, 53 P.S. § 7101, et seg., as supplemented and amended.
