Fry, Jr. ("Owner") and all that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by the Owner and described as follows: 6403 Glenwood Street Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 Tax Property Map: 10-17-1029 Parcel No.: 074 for unpaid sewer and/or trash services rendered from January 1, 2012 through August 1, 2012. Said services were rendered and chazged pursuant to Hampden Township Code of Ordinances Chapter 18, Part 2 and/or Chapter 20, Part 1, as amended. S. § 5601, et sea., as supplemented and amended and the Municipal Claims and Tax Lien Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, 53 P.S. § 7101, etet seta., as supplemented and amended.
