KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Julie M. Kemper, of 46
Argali Lane, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, 17055, do hereby acknowledge that I have
this day received from Julie M. Kemper, Administratrix of the Estate of Terry M.
Kemper, late of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County and Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in full settlement of any claim or
claims that I may have by, under and because of the Estate of Terry M. Kemper.
AND, THEREFORE, I, Julie M. Kemper, intending to be legally bound hereby,
do, by these presents, remise, release, quit-claim and forever discharge, Julie M.
Kemper, Administratrix of the Estate of Terry M. Kemper deceased, and, her heirs and
assigns, of and from all actions, claims and demands whatsoever, related to the
administration of this Estate.
I, Julie M. Kemper, have been duly advised of my right to have Julie M.
Kemper, Administratrix of the Estate of Terry M. Kemper, file with the Orphans' Court
Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County an Accounting of the
services she has rendered, and I do hereby specifically waive my right to have such an
Accounting prepared and presented to the Court.
