2. An original and one copy of the Inheritance Tax Return.
3. Check payable to the Register of Wills in the amount of $300 to cover the additional
probate fee for the Grant of Letters.
4. Check payable to the Register of Wills in the amount of $30 to cover the filing fee.
5. Check payable to the Register of Wills Agent in the amount of $35,033.17 to cover the
Inheritance Tax liability.
Please time stamp and return our file copies of the Inheritance Tax Return and Inventory
together with the probate fee and tax receipt. Make sure the tax return and payment are marked
as received within the 3 month prepayment period.
