Real Estate -All that certain piece or parcel of real estate being known and numbered
as 115 Windrush Lane, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. The property was acquired by
Harold R. Schumacher and Marilyn J. Schumacher by deed dated January 4, 2004 and
recorded February 4, 2004 in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office, a copy
of said Deed being attached hereto and incorporated herein. The said Marilyn J.
Schumacher died December 8, 2011 whereupon full and complete title to the within
described property became vested solely in Harold R. Schumacher, the Decedent
herein. The above-described real estate was sold pursuant to an Agreement of Sale
dated June 24, 2012, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. Final
settlement took place on August 17, 2012, A copy of the Settlement Sheet is attached
hereto and incorporated herein. The sale price of the real estate was $370,000.00.
Although the Agreement of Sale and the Settlement Sheet refer to the Estate of Harold
R. Schumacher and the Estate of Marilyn J. Schumacher, the only estate involved in
this transaction is the Estate of Harold R. Schumacher, due to the predecease of
Marilyn J. Schumacher.
