Drewett and Gretchen A. Drewett ("Owners") and all that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by the Owners and described as follows: 1205 Jerusalem Road Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 Tax Property Map: 10-16-1060 Parcel No.: 026 for unpaid sewer and/or trash services rendered from January 1, 2012 through August 1, 2012. Said services were rendered and charged pursuant to Hampden Township Code of Ordinances Chapter 18, Part 2 and/or Chapter 20, Part 1, as amended. Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so LAW ~,~ SNELBAKER 8C BRENNEMAN, F.C. rendered and the prices charged therefor, said statement being a true and correct copy of ~at.,~ Po~am~ ~~` 3aa8 ~~ ~/tea the Owners' account with the Claimant, which sum of $516.31 was duly assessed against the above Owners and premises beginning January 1, 2012 and for which sum, which includes interest, costs and penalties, together with attorney's fees pursuant to Section 209, Part 2, Chapter 18 of the Township of Hampden Code of Ordinances, a lien is claimed against the above premises in accordance with the Municipality Authorities Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, 53 P. S. § 5601, et sea., as supplemented and amended and the Municipal Claims and Tax Lien Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, 53 P.S. § 7101, et sec ., as supplemented and amended.
