Said services were rendered and chazged pursuant to Hampden Township Code of Ordinances Chapter 18, Part 2 and/or Chapter 20, Part 1, as amended. S. § 5601, et se4., as supplemented and amended and the Municipal Claims and Tax Lien Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, 53 P.S. § 7101, et seg., as supplemented and amended.
