BOROUGH OF SHIPPENSBURG, CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
AND BEING KNOWN AS TAX PARCEL #34-34-2417'-169
Notice is hereby given by the Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of
Shippensburg, Cumberland and Franklin Counties, Pennsylvania that a hearing will be
held on October 11, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. in Courtroom 6 of the Cumberland County
Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania pursuant to the Donated or Dedicated Property Act,
53 P.S. §3381 et. seq., far the purpose of taking testimony to determine if the Borough of
Shippensburg may sell free and clear of any use restrictions, the property along West
King Street listed as Tax Parcel No. 34-34-2417-169 which was formerly believed to be
the site of "Fort Morris".
