Please be advised that the date of death listed on the Estate Information Sheet for the
above referenced decedent is incorrect. The date of death for Arthur V. Enck, Sr. is January 26,
2012, not December 26, 2012. Therefore, the discount in the amount of $2,500.00 should be
credited.
