LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ~ r- rri

WILLIAM L. MORRIS
I, WILLIAM L. MORRIS, of Liverpool Township, Perry County,
Pennsylvania, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking all Wills and Codicils at
any time heretofore made by me.
FIRST. I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses,
and costs of administration of my estate be paid by my Executors
as soon as possible after my decease.
SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath a7.1 the rest, residue
and remainder of my property of every nature and wherever
situate to my wife, ERNESTEEN R. MORRIS, providing she shall
~~ survive me by thirty (30) days.
THIRD. If my wife, ERNESTEEN R. MORRIS, shall die within a
period of thirty (30) days after my death, I direct that she
shall be deemed to have predeceased me and that the provisions
of my Will shall be construed upon that assumption. During the
portion of such thirty (30) days as my wife, ERNESTEEN R.
MORRIS, shall actually survive me, she shall have the right to
the use and enjoyment as life tenant of the property devised and
bequeathed to her herein.
FOURTH. Should my wife, ERNESTEEN R. MORRIS, predecease me
or die on or before the thirtieth (30th) da.y following my death,
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder

A. I give and bequeath those articles of my personal
property as set forth in a Separate Memos~andum which I shall
place with my Will or which shall be found with my important
papers in my home, to the persons therein designated. In the
event that I leave no Separate Memorandum, then this paragraph
Fourth (A) shall be ignored and my Executors shall follow the
below written paragraphs.
B, All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, I

give, devise and bequeath in equal shares to my six (6)
children, namely: EDWARR L. MORRIS, MICH~'sLE M. MOYER, JACLYN
M. GEORGE, MEGAN M, MORRIS, MARGARET K. MORRIS, and KERRY R.
MORRIS. In the event that one or more of my children
predeceases me, I direct that his or her one-sixth (1/6th)
interest in my residuary estate shall be divided equally among
my then living children.
FIFTH. I direct my Executors to offer to any of my six (6)
children surviving at the time of my death, the right to
purchase my real estate for the current fair market value as
appraised by a licensed real estate appraiser, less the amount
which would be the normal real estate commission percentage.
The proceeds therefrom shall be divided as set forth in
paragraph Fourth above. In the event that none of my children
desire to purchase the real estate at the price indicated above,
I authorize my Executors to sell the said real estate at either
public or private sale as they deem appropriate.

SIXTH. I authorize my Executors to permit my children to

designate which of my household and personal assets each of them
would like to receive in kind, and authorize the Executors to
distribute said assets in kind to the heirs so designating, In
the event this does occur, my Executors should have the items
appraised and offset the appraised value against the heirs
one-sixth (1/6th) residuary estate, so that my children shall be
treated equally.
SEVENTH, I nominate and appoint my two elder children,
EDWARD L. MORRIS and MICHELE M. MOYER, to be the Co-Executors of
this my Last Wi11; they are to serve as such without bond.
