Dear Ms. Strasbaugh:
In accordance with your request for a document for the record, this will confirm
that, on September 10, 2012, the auditor requested deposits of $1,250 from each of the
parties on account of the fees and expenses of audit in lieu of the auditor's filing of a
petition for the posting of security.
By subsequent email to the parties on September 20, 2012, the auditor clarified to
the parties that there would be no guarantee that the auditor's fees and expenses would be
limited by the suggested $1,250 amount of the deposit and that, if the case were to
become protracted, it would be necessary for the parties to deposit additional security.
