Plaintiff is United Guaranty Commercial Insurance Company of NC, a corporation, having an office and place of business located at 230 North Elm Street, Greensboro, North Carolina, 27401. 2. Defendants, William Vokoun and Robert W. Vokoun, are adult individuals having last known addresses and places of residence at 106 East Main Street, Apt. B, r I - Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17055, and 407 Avalon Place, East Meadow, Nassau County, New York, 11554, respectively. 3. Plaintiff is the current holder of Defendants' student loans, as more fully set forth below. COUNTI Certificate No. 165008 4. Plaintiff incorporates paragraphs 1 through 3 above are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof. 5. Attached hereto and made apart hereof as Exhibit "A", is a true and correct copy of the Defendants' statement of account with Plaintiff, Student Loan Application, Disclosure, Notice to Co-Signer, and Transfer of Ownership of Defendant's loan to Plaintiff. 6. Defendants are in default of their monthly payment obligations to Plaintiff under the foresaid student loan term. 7. As a result of Defendants' non-payment, the following amounts are due and owing: Principal balance due as of November 8, 2011 $6,274.76 Accrued unpaid interest through November 8, 2011 $2,005.96 TOTAL sn.7z 8. Despite prior notice and demand by Plaintiff for payment of the aforesaid account, Defendants have failed and/or refused to make monthly payments or otherwise amicably resolve the payment default as aforesaid. 9. Attached hereto and made apart hereof as Exhibit "B", is a true and correct copy of Defendants' statement of account with Plaintiff, Student Loan Application, Disclosure, Notice to Co-Signer, and Transfer of Ownership of Defendants' loan to Plaintiff. 12. Defendants are in default of their monthly payment obligations to Plaintiff under the foresaid student loan term. 13. As a result of Defendants' non-payment, the following amounts are due and owing: Principal balance due as of November 8, 2011 $1,591.60 Accrued unpaid interest through November 8, 2011 436.35 TOTAL z.oU.9s 14. Despite prior notice and demand by Plaintiff for payment of the aforesaid account, Defendants have failed and/or refused to make monthly payments or otherwise amicably resolve the payment default as aforesaid. 15. Attached hereto and made apart hereof as Exhibit "C", is a true and correct copy of Defendants' statement of account with Plaintiff, Student Loan Application, Disclosure, Notice to Co-Signer, and Transfer of Ownership of Defendants' loan to Plaintiff. 18. Defendants are in default of their monthly payment obligations to Plaintiff under the foresaid student loan term. 19. As a result of Defendants' non-payment, the following amounts are due and owing: Principal balance due as of November 8, 2011 $6,281.49 Accrued unpaid interest through November 8, 2011 $1,862.02 TOTAL 14 1 20. Despite prior notice and demand by Plaintiff for payment of the aforesaid account, Defendants have failed and/or refused to make monthly payments or otherwise amicably resolve the payment default as aforesaid. 21. Defendants are in default of their monthly payment obligations to Plaintiff under the foresaid student loan term. 25. As a result of Defendants' non-payment, the following amounts are due and owing: Principal balance due as of November 8, 2011 $1,493.54 Accrued unpaid interest through November 8, 2011 186.72 TOTAL 1 _ .26 26. Despite prior notice and demand by Plaintiff for payment of the aforesaid account, Defendants have failed and/or refused to make monthly payments or otherwise amicably resolve the payment default as aforesaid. 27. For the foregoing reasons, Defendants are liable to Plaintiff in the total amount of $1,680.26, as of November 8, 2011 and Plaintiff requests the Entry of Judgment thereon. As a result of Defendants' non-payment, the following amounts are due and owing: Principal balance due as of November 8, 2011 $5,937.05 Accrued unpaid interest through November 8, 2011 $2,130.66 TOTAL 32. Despite prior notice and demand by Plaintiff for payment of the aforesaid account, Defendants have failed and/or refused to make monthly payments or otherwise amicably resolve the payment default as aforesaid. 33.
