Please be advised that the parties in the above-referenced matter have reached an
agreement whereby all three Co-Admuustrators will renounce their roles as admiiustrators
and agree to have Lacy Hayes, Esquire, handle the estate. As such, the hearing scheduled for
October 12, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. should be cancelled.
Additionally, both Attorney Vedder and myself will be filing Praecipes to
Discontinue.
