DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 16th day of October, 2012, upon after hearing testimony on the Petition to
Admit Copy of Original Will and Copy of Codicil to Probate, filed by Matthew H. McGregor, and
the burden of proof having been met, the document purported to be a photocopy of the Last Will and
Testament of Arthur R. Shope, Jr, and the document purported to be a photocopy of the Codicil to
Will of Arthur R. Shope, Jr., deceased, is admitted to probate. Letters Testamentary shall be granted
to Matthew H. McGregor.
Matthew H. McGregor shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of
Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
