Re: Estate of Robert j. LaPorte (docket #21-11-0026)
Dear Ms. Strasbaugh,
This is to inform you of my intent to object to the Inventory and Inheritance Tax
Return filed for my father's estate. It is also my intention to seek the removal of Ann
E. LaPorte as the estate's personal representative and Bradley L. Griffie as the
estate's attorney of record.
I will formalize these objections after I have had a chance to discuss it more with
counsel.
